What this site does
This website presents our event scaffolding and netting work. You can reach us by WhatsApp, telephone or email.
Information we collect
If you message, call or email us
We will hold whatever you send: your name, phone number, email address, company name, event or site details, and the content of the enquiry. WhatsApp and telephone providers also process the technical data needed to deliver the message or call.
If you visit the website
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security, fault-finding and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing tags or analytics dashboards on this site.
If we work together
For a job we may also hold delivery details, site contacts, RAMS-related names, invoice contacts and payment references. We only ask for what the job needs.

Some of those providers may store data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on a UK adequacy regulation or another lawful transfer tool.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages that do not become a job are usually kept for up to 24 months. Job, invoice and health-and-safety files are kept for as long as tax, insurance and limitation periods require - typically six years after the end of the relevant financial year, longer if a claim is live. Server logs are rotated by the host in the ordinary way.

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. The host may set a strictly necessary cookie or similar technical data to deliver the pages securely. Your browser may also store files you choose to download.
